Personal data we collect

• Contact data. Name, email, organisation, role, and any free-text message you send via the contact form.
• Usage data. Pages visited, time on page, referrer. Aggregated and anonymised where possible.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies only by default. Analytics cookies set only with your consent.

How we use personal data

• To respond to enquiries and conversations you initiate.
• To deliver pilots and contracts to clubs and academies.
• To improve the website and our content.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Lawful bases

• Contract. Where we are delivering a pilot or commercial agreement.
• Consent. Where you have asked us to send you communications.
• Legitimate interests. For limited operational uses where your rights do not override our interests.
• Legal obligation. Where the law requires us to retain or disclose data.

Sharing data

We share personal data with vendors that help us operate the website and the Edge platform (cloud hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management). Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for advertising.

Retention

Contact form data is retained for as long as we are in active correspondence with you, and for up to 24 months thereafter unless a longer period is required by law. Pilot data is retained as set out on the Data Protection page.

International transfers

Personal data is stored in the United Kingdom and the European Union by default. Where data is transferred outside the UK or the EU, we rely on UK Adequacy Regulations, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other safeguards approved by the Information Commissioner's Office.

The website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. Where Edge is delivered to under-18 academy cohorts, processing is governed by the contract with the club and voluntary opt-in player consent.
