01 · What you get

02 · How a pilot runs
We meet your performance, education, welfare and coaching staff to understand how you currently view and train mental performance. One to two hours. No prep needed.
In person or by video with staff and leadership. Each player completes a short voice session on mobile. No surveys. No self-rating. Five to seven minutes per player.
Archetype classification per player. Group-level signals across the three dimensions. Intervention opportunities surfaced automatically. Delivered inside one hour of session completion.
A written report on the cohort. What we found, what changed across the three months, and what to do about it.
03 · Who runs it
Will Mellors-Blair leads delivery. Ben Hawkes runs the commercial relationship. Michael Dowling-Fleet leads the academy education touchpoints. Every TrueMind person on site at the club is enhanced DBS-cleared and safeguarding-trained.

Permission to run a single voice session with a U-18 cohort.
A staff sponsor who can introduce us to coaches, education and welfare leads.
Honest feedback at each stage. The pilot is a learning exercise for us as well as for you.
No fees. The pilot is free to the club.
No long-term commitment. Seven-day termination, no questions asked.
